About Us After our famous six-day tortoise hunt in June of 2006 received air time on a local Austin news station and on the front page of the Austin-American Statesman, a decision was made.  We wanted the great people of Austin, TX, to experience the joy of reuniting with their losts pets and decided to start the best lost and found business a Texan could ask for.  Austinites showed kindness, compassion, and genuine concern throughout our search for Spot, and now its our turn to pay you back.  At Austin Pet Spotters we are in the loyalty business, and we'll help you find your pet.
